Officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police were called to Springbrook High School at around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning where there was a reported physical assault involving a student.
Police say that one person is in custody, and no other students were injured during the incident. The injuries the student suffered were described as non-life-threatening.
No information about the person taken into custody was provided by investigators.
